5: No bad behaviour/poor conduct is permitted within the chatroom. This includes but is not limited to:

  • No armory abuse is allowed. Excessive abuse of the armory will lead to its permanent removal.
  • No use of foreign languages is permitted. You are only permitted to use English when chatting within the chatroom.
  • Respect the chain of command, junior officers will be expected to obey reasonable requests from senior officers.
  • No violent simming within a chatroom without prior consent. The use of armory within a sim can only be authorised by written email from a security member.
6: No threatening, sexual or intimidating behaviour towards fellow users of any kind is permitted. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Posts within the chatroom
  • Posts on the website
  • Emails, internal or external to the website
  • External to the website
Those that are harassing other USS Pan members shall be reported to security. The USS Pan has a zero-tolerance policy towards threatening, sexual or intimidating behaviour. If the offense is occurring offline, we will contact the authorities in the respective country.
7: No flooding within the chatroom is permitted. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Similies, no more than 5 used within reason.
  • Duplicating post deliberately.
8: No misleading other members is permitted. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Impersonating another member, either by using handle, rank title, real name, linked avatars or a combination is permitted.
  • Using a rank title within a handle
  • Abusing site tools to create a false identity
  • Creating a duplicate account
9: Advertising of other sites within the chatroom, where a conflict of interest with the USS Pan may occur, or where the externally linked website is a breach of any of the rules, is not permitted.
10: No unauthorised alteration of this site by any means is permitted. Anyone caught altering the site without authorisation will be dealt with accordingly.
11: No Under 13's allowed on this website, as it is illegal to store any personal information on anyone under the age of 13 on the internet. Anyone in the age range of 13-18, you must get permission from a parent or gaurdian before you register on this website.

I will be having surgery tuesday and will be away from that pan for at least 48 hours Rose has complete command however I am allow those members with armory access to act as securty members in the event of a emergency. thanks carl

The Usspan presidential inauguration will take place Feb 2 2012 it will be held at around 21:00 Eastern Standered time. We hope to get 10 to 15 new members in teh chat for this day it will be a day to remember as we have only had in the 9 years the pan has been up 3 of these rose is the 1st one to have a 5th Term note the term has been spaced between another person holding office

As much as this will upset players of AAT.


There are glitches that must be remedied before players have too much trouble playing the game and things go all crazy.

As of this moment, AAT is closed for repairs / glitch fixing.

I cannot give you an estimated amount of time for it to be back up. I\'m hoping to enlist the aid of our awesome coder. However he is a very busy man and I don\'t want to tie him up with something \"trivial\".

On this day in 1789, America\'s first presidential election is held. Voters cast ballots to choose state electors; only white men who owned property were allowed to vote. As expected, George Washington won the election and was sworn into office on April 30, 1789.

As it did in 1789, the United States still uses the Electoral College system, established by the U.S. Constitution, which today gives all American citizens over the age of 18 the right to vote for electors, who in turn vote for the president. The president and vice president are the only elected federal officials chosen by the Electoral College instead of by direct popular vote.

Today political parties usually nominate their slate of electors at their state conventions or by a vote of the party\\\\\\\'s central state committee, with party loyalists often being picked for the job. Members of the U.S. Congress, though, can’t be electors. Each state is allowed to choose as many electors as it has senators and representatives in Congress. The District of Columbia has 3 electors. Starting on Christmas Eve (EST) to Around after New Years. (Say 3-5th) .

The USS Pan Chat Network will undergo repairs both inside with coding, outside with front page, and structure with departments.

The USS Pan will have a Force Field in place and only ranks 20 or higher will be able to enter. This is to ensure a limited amount of visitors and possible accidental excursions with coding so nothing gets accidentally goofed up.

The Main folks doing the work will be our Coder (CLASSIFIED NAME) , Owner Carl and President Robert with hopefully another cameo from Vice President Rose.

Any questions, comments are concerns can be sent directly to my email at rdwrko@gmail.com to avoid any \"lost emails\" and \"my issue was never fixed\" .

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today is Memorial Day

This is the day that we recognize service members around the world from our Armed Forces of the United States that have made the choice to given up thier lives to defend this country weather home or abroad, we thank you.

We actually have a service member in our ranks today... President Robert!!

You may not know this because of the profile thing being busted *cough* ( we\'re working on that!) *cough*.. But Robert is a Specialist in the United States Army!

Robert has been stationed in Camp Casey,South Korea... been on the brink of war 3 times... done countless hours of work infront of multiple systems that he can\'t even tell us about! All to defend our brothers over in South Korea from the dictatorship of Kim Jong Ill (recently deceased) and now his son!

Robert is currently stationed in Fort Bliss,TX in the culturally rich town of El Paso,TX where he is undeployable because of his ETS (ending time in service) date. So soon Robert will be going home soon after 3 years and 21 weeks of faithful and loyal service to this great nation of the United States of America.

I personally urge ALL service members today to proudly show the world that your a member of the greatest military force in the WORLD!

You\'ve EARNED THE RIGHT to wear that uniform! To wear that flag on your shoulder! To say that you\'ve made the conscience choice to offer your life where others cannot... in the defense of our country! You\'re the 1 percent of the country with the courage, show it today!

Happy Memorial Day to All who have given thier lives... to those who serve... and to those who will serve..




On a side note: We have a BIRTHDAY!! To a Mister Carl Miller! You all know him as that crazy owner of the UPCN! So if you see him! Wish him a happy birthday! May someday he will spare you\'re soul! o.O lol jk

I received a personal email from a person that was passing by our website and didn't understand our command chain.

That's when I realized something, if people passing by don't understand , there's a chance that our regulars don't understand. So I'm going to break it down for everyone for just a review of command.

COMMAND CHAIN

That is the breakdown of the Command Chain within the USS Pan Chat Network.

As a side note, you will notice that we are dead at times. It is everyone's responsibility to recruit new members (discreetly and professionally, I don't feel like receiving emails from other chatrooms saying our Public Relations skills are deplorable).

Also as side note Number 2. As Commanding Officer of Entertainment is my duty to inform you that Entertainment is recruiting for the Executive and First Officer positions, along with Team Leaders. If you are interested,email me by clicking my name at the bottom of this update post.

Hello to the UPCN Chatters

As you all know,this is your President speaking.

As you have all read in previous updates,both the Owner Carl and Vice President Tanya may be experiencing a small time away due to weather.

I would like to point out, if they are both gone there will still be order.

I don't want to see people go nut-so and try to cause problems just because two command officers may or may not be around.

There is still Myself,Rose and Lzrman to keep the order.

As a side note, I require ALL department heads/chiefs to email the command council a list of their staff and team leaders and members PLUS any issues that are being presented. We wish you to be open about any issues so it can be resolved swiftly and appropriately.

Also,for ALL chatters. If you experience any technical issues,broken links or suddenly you don't have access to something.

Weather Advisory Warning

--Weather Alert--

As mentioned before by Carl Indiana and Illinois (The Midwest) is getting slammed with a major ice storm. Springfield and the surrounding communities are under Blizzard condition Warnings. They are predicting up to 18-20 inches of snow plus up to 1 or 2 inches of ice before the snow hits. So that means there is possibility of losing water and power. Therefor i'm posting this now just incase i should wake up tomorrow with no Electricity.

Will be out of commission should anything happen. I get emails to my phone but i will be saving the battery on it for emergency purpose only.

Here's Hoping Everyone Stays safe and the weather doesn't get to drastic.

Entertainment Disbanded

As Commanding Officer of Entertainment Department I am forced to make tough decisions.

With the inactivity of the Department and me seemingly trying to run it all by myself, the department is basically dead. It's like trying to drive a car with one wheel.

I am placing the Entertainment Department on Temporary Shutdown until more active officers can be found. Until then,if you are a member of the Entertainment Department consider the Department disbanded pending review and reorganization.

I am sorry for this inconvienence to all and if you wish to join the Entertainment Department now while all slots are open,email the command council with your name,rank, current position if any department (if any) and what you feel you can contribute.
